1. Scope of Services & Certification Disclosure
Cam Impact Financial Coaching LLC (the "Coach," "we," "us," or "our") provides educational, motivational, and accountability coaching services designed to help you better understand personal finance, financial behaviors, and relational alignment through our proprietary The Financial Alignment Journey™ methodology.
Certified through the Financial Coach Master Training (FCMT) program and as a SYMBIS Facilitator attest to specialized training in financial behavior and relationship dynamics. These certifications do not grant licensure as a financial advisor, investment advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel.
2. Educational Purposes Only (No Professional Advice)
All services, communications, website content, and materials—whether delivered via email, text message, live or recorded video/audio sessions (including Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms), downloadable resources, workbooks (such as the Financial Alignment Blueprint), or interactive tools (such as the Debt Freedom Calculator)—are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

In delivering our services and communications, we may utilize artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and automated processing tools to generate, structure, or deliver educational content, session summaries, action plans, and financial strategies.
AI-generated output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or omissions. All AI-assisted tools, summary notes, projections, and recommendations are provided "as-is" and must be independently verified and evaluated by you prior to taking action.
4. Client Responsibility, No Guarantees & Assumption of Risk
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you retain full and sole responsibility for your personal financial well-being and all decisions made during and after engaging our coaching services.
- Sole Responsibility: You are exclusively responsible for implementing strategies, managing debt payments, executing money transfers, filing tax returns, and managing investment accounts.
- No Guarantees: Cam Impact Financial Coaching LLC makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding specific financial outcomes, income generation, debt payoff timelines, savings amounts, or net worth increases. Results projected by online calculators or referenced in client testimonials are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary based on personal effort, adherence to plans, market conditions, and unique financial circumstances.
- Assumption of Risk: Any financial decisions, investments, purchases, or actions you take are made at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability & Release
By using our website, interacting with our communications, or engaging in our coaching services, you explicitly release and hold harmless Cam Impact Financial Coaching LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability.

The Financial Alignment Journey™, the Financial Alignment Blueprint, and all related original workbooks, tools, designs, graphics, audio/video recordings, and written content are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Cam Impact Financial Coaching LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Purchasing or receiving coaching services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, relicense, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.

By interacting with our website or services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
